Pulseway, the Dublin-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) company, has launched Mobile Remote Control to enable customers to remotely access users’ devices for anytime, anywhere support.

The new feature is included in the larger Pulseway RMM solution at no additional cost, and with an unlimited number of remote sessions. Mobile Remote Control is for Android and iOS mobile apps.

“As an MSP provider, you have to think about your business expenses while not sacrificing functionality and efficiency of the tools that you are using,” said Pulseway founder and CEO Marius Mihalec. “Here, where is complete IT solution is truly important. Pulseway Mobile Remote Control will allow both cut the business cost of MSP providers while delivering powerful all in one IT monitoring and management tool.”

Pulseway Mobile Remote Control enables customers to control a user session on a computer. Unlike other remote access methods, there’s no need to open ports to access a system. Pulseway handles the communication while encrypting user data end to end.

The new feature could save customers money and ease remote management by centralizing the multiple RMM technology tools that companies use in a single dashboard.

“One of the main trends that we have noticed is that most [customers] were using multiple software and tools for remote access,” said Mihalec. Remote control enables “users to perform all of the IT management and monitoring within the premises of one tool,” he said.

Customers can also perform monitoring and management on the go. They can log in to access a remote system from anywhere, from the comfort of the mobile app. This will enable IT professionals to [conduct] remote support sessions as long as they have their phones on hand.

Customers agree that Mobile Remote Control could save money and simplify management tasks.

“The launch of the new Mobile Remote Control as a part of my RMM solution will enable me to save a lot of money and eliminate the need for multiple monitoring solutions,” says Eric Thorup, owner of TEK Computer Consulting.
