Datto Product Director Ian McChord says this integration is for partners looking to integrate their systems to streamline operations and device management.

Datto channel partners will now be able to access backup and disaster recovery (BDR) and business continuity devices through another remote monitoring and management (RMM) tool.

The image-based backup company this week announced a software integration with Servoyant, an RMM provider that unifies network monitoring, management, automation and reporting into one platform.

“This news is important and assists managed service providers who are looking to integrate their systems to streamline operations and device management,” Datto Product Director Ian McChord told MSPmentor.

Additional features include reporting capabilities such as Datto-specific reports and aggregate status of all device and backups.

The company’s software also integrates with two other RMM platforms: Kaseya and AVG Managed Workplace (formerly known as Level Platforms Managed Workplace).

Additionally, Datto integrates with Autotask and ConnectWise to provide managed services providers (MSPs) with options for professional services automation (PSA).

“We have plans to integrate with LabTech and other channel RMM and PSA vendors,” McChord said.
