RingCentral and AireSpring have hired new chief operating officers. AT&T vet Mo Katibeh has joined RingCentral, and TPx vet Russell Shipley is now COO at AireSpring.

Katibeh will be responsible for RingCentral’s products, sales, marketing and customer experience. Before RingCentral, he was with AT&T for more than 20 years, and served as chief product officer and chief marketing officer for AT&T Business.
