Comlink is now offering a collaboration ecosystem and training program to its channel partners.

The Michigan-based cloud and network services company has launched the Comlink Alliance, a program that provides partners with marketing collateral, sales tools and support.

“Comlink’s mission is to be the go-to network and service provider in the channel provider community, so we wanted to add components to our partner program that would further complement our network and data center facilities, our cloud services and our customer support capabilities,” a Comlink spokesperson told Talkin’ Cloud. “Providing functions like content marketing, training programs and event co-branding opportunities helps our partners stand out with their customers.”

Under the Comlink Alliance, partners will receive:

  • Comlink Alliance welcome kit and onboarding program.

  • Sales team training programs on cloud, network, voice and data services.

  • Access to co-branded print and digital sales and marketing collateral.

  • Opportunity to collaborate on live events and video content.

In addition, partners can attain Kilobit, Megabit, Gigabit and Terabit partner status depending on their monthly revenue production.

Comlink also said it plans to refine and enhance its Comlink Alliance services and support.

“Later this year, we’ll be launching an exclusive Comlink Alliance Portal through which partners can manage their entire Comlink experience program information, lead sharing, compensation and more – from a single dashboard,” a company spokesperson said. “We’ll also continue to expand our training programs, provide an increasing level of thought leadership content and content marketing support in the market and respond in other ways that our partners’ customized needs dictate.”
