Netenrich partners now have access to an expanded ProsperIT channel partner program that increases their recurring revenues.

The program is for VARs, SIs, MSPs and MSSPs. It is less complex and offers more operational efficiency and potential profit, the company said. It positions partners to grow their service portfolio and differentiate themselves.

Netenrich’s flagship solution, Resolution Intelligence, aims to drive success across IT operations, cybersecurity, networks and hybrid/multicloud environments.

Justin Crotty is Netenrich‘s senior vice president.

“As part of our natural growth and evolution to support our scale, Netenrich is making investments into marketing and channel enablement to further improve and extend support to our partners,” he said. “This support includes traditional vendor programs such as deal registration, sales training, programs and promotions, as well as field-based engagement to help our partners grow their recurring revenue businesses.”

New and existing channel partners can take advantage of enhanced sales training, marketing resources and promotions. They’re available through a new partner portal. The program also offers value-added features, support and financial benefits.

“We work closely with all of our partners,” Crotty said. “And they are not shy about providing insights and suggestions on how we can improve our support or expand the value we can deliver to them. Our initial partner program is structured with our partners’ feedback. And we will continually improve the program based on the evolving needs of our partners.”

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

Netenrich wants to help partners evaluate existing accounts and prospects for more opportunity, he said. The company can help partners understand customer needs and deliver outcomes to meet those needs.

The past year demonstrated that channel partners and enterprises alike must accelerate digital transformation, according to Netenrich.

“What hasn’t changed due to the pandemic?” Crotty said. “Requirements of customers have changed significantly, with digital transformation and the need to ensure resolution of issues being at the top of the list.”

Partners must resolve IT issues while helping IT practitioners evolve their capabilities to support a more distributed and remote workforce.

“IT organizations are under extreme pressure to manage their NetOps, CloudOps and SecOps environments,” Crotty said. “And partners must be able to address these issues in a strategical and efficient manner.”

Netenrich recently introduced Intelligent SOC, a SaaS-based integrated solution. It provides visibility with improved intelligence to identify and resolve potential threats and vulnerabilities.
