Mike Celayeta, Vice President of Product Development, TeamLogic IT

Celayeta has leveraged his 15 years of experience in the industry to help MSPs implement best practices in their organizations leading to better service delivery and greater profitability.



Bryan Champagne, CTO, MSDI

MSDI established an MSP practice in the last year. Offerings include backup, IaaS and DRaaS services. The company has experienced double-digit business growth. MSDI operates a 163,000 square foot tier 3 data center, enabling a deeper understanding of the challenges companies face and solutions that will better support their success.


Raju Chekuri, President and CEO, NetEnrich Inc.

Raju Chekuri’s passion, perseverance and perspective have enabled him to create the dynamic and entrepreneurial culture within NetEnrich. Under Raju’s leadership, NetEnrich has successfully developed and brought to market a robust IT operations platform, supported by a SLA-driven service delivery.



Rob Cheng, CEO, PC Pitstop

In 2013, former Gateway Sr Vice President Rob Cheng’s company -PC Pitstop introduced PC Matic MSP – an MSP program that leverages the widely successful PC Matic performance optimization & security software. The program is offered with generous margins and no minimums with disruptive pricing.


Mark Chinsky, Managing Director, Clients First Business Solutions

Mark Chinsky took an ERP software VAR and expanded and rebuilt it into a business specifically focused on disaster recovery and backup. He has served as a speaker and panelist at multiple Datto conferences.



Samantha Ciaccia, Channel Engagement Manager, Datto

Ciaccia represents the new face of Women in IT, specifically the millennial generation. In two years she has become one of the leading voices of Datto, representing the BDR and business continuity vendor at most every Channel event.  Not only is she an advocate for Datto, millennials and women in IT, but she’s also a advocate for MSPs, VARS and fellow IT business owners providing them with actionable tips on expanding their business, selling business continuity as a service and more. She has presented at numerous conferences, and recently shared the stage with Todd Thibodeaux, CEO of CompTIA. Ciaccia was selected to be on the Executive Council of the ComPTIA Cloud Community and also named a 2014 CRN Women of the Channel.



Bob Coppedge, CEO, Simplex-IT

Coppedge has worked on Partner Councils with such vendors as AVG, Level Platforms and Microsoft. He also has organized large (30+) Partner-to-Partner meetings at various vendor conferences. 




Ed Correia, President & CEO, Sagacent Technologies, Inc.

Correia converted his young 4 year-old IT firm to 100 percent managed services contracts in 2004.  He was co-founder and president of the Bay Area’s BASBITS IT user group where he helped other consulting firms make the shift. He has been an 8-year member of HTG. And today, Ed is again leading others as president of the IAMCP’s Northern California chapter.






Kyle Cox, COO, Radiate Technologies

Cox’s restructuring of Radiate Technologies’ service offerings and operations   drove sales to double in 2013 with no increase in headcount. Customer satisfaction numbers also increased by 28 percent in the same period.

Sam Coyl, President/CEO, Netrepid

Sam Coyl is an award-winning, service-disabled Marine Corps veteran who serves as Netrepid President/CEO and also as a board member for multiple technology and business innovation groups. Over the past five years, he has been the main person responsible for engineering Netrepid’s evolution from provider of wireless networking to one of North America’s Top 100 MSP hosting providers.





Stuart Crawford, Founder, Ulistic

After successfully selling IT Matters, a Calgary-based MSP in 2008, Crawford started Ulistic to help managed service providers achieve stratospheric growth through reliable and effective marketing and sales strategies.  Today, Crawford continues to lead Ulistic, a 19 person MSP sales and marketing consulting company and also writes for MSPmentor and Computer Dealer News in Canada.


Joe Croft, Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development, mindSHIFT Technologies, Inc.

Croft spent 2014 dedicated to managing a project that has tripled the territory presence of mindSHIFT in less than four months. Following the company’s acquisition by Ricoh in February 2014, Joe spearheaded its efforts to bring the mindSHIFT portfolio of products and services to Ricoh customers. Joe also oversees the development of mindSHIFT’s cloud offerings and has led the company to evolve its infrastructure services and collaborate with third parties such as Microsoft and Amazon.

Susie Cummings, VP of Managed Services and Infrastructure Solutions, SWC Technology Partners

Cummings’ business segment accounts for 32 percent of the company’s annual revenues and includes a managed services practice that she built from the ground up. The practice’s initial remote network monitoring service has gradually expanded to include remote help desk, virtual DBA, SharePoint managed services, security managed services, on-site staffing at customer locations and most recently virtual CIO services. Francois Daumard, AVG Technologies, VP of Global Channel Sales

Daumard joined AVG in December 2014  after serving in a similar roll at FiberLink, a provider of enterprise mobility management that was acquired last year by IBM. He is a channel veteran with years of experience at big vendors such as Microsoft and Apple.


Norrie Davidson, CEO, WW Works

Norrie Davidson increased the gross revenue by 350 percent in 3 years, grew the employee base by 400 percent, grew the client base by 220 percent and developed a vision, mission and values that are the lifeblood of the company. She also shares best practices within the community through the distributor network called Venture Tech Network and as a mentor to Women in the Technology Channel.


Ryan Delany, Solution Marketing Manager – MSP, Trend Micro

Ryan manages Trend Micro’s MSP program and grew the revenue 50 percent in 2014 vs. 2013 for the United States mainly by recruiting new partners. Ryan also frequently blogs about MSP programs for security solutions to educate the partner and MSP industry.




Sean Dennin, Executive Vice President, Systems Solution Inc.

Sean Dennin has helped SSI double its recurring revenue in the past 2 years and continues to grow in both managed and cloud hosting services. Sean also serves as EVP of SSI’s sister company, Aquipt, which delivers technology solutions to the world’s largest law firms.



Gary Derheim, VP ManageFlex Services, Lumenate

Derheim transformed and grew Lumenate’s $1 million reactive support business into a provider of managed security services and managed datacenter services that combined with a shrewd reorganization of an M&A provided a 500 percent increase in business. The ManageFlex now serves 150 customers.


Angela Desiderato, VP of Managed Services, NET Xperts LLC

Angela grew the company’s NET X Alert! Division from $6,000 in revenue to $1.2 million in 2014.


Martin DesRosiers, VP of Strategy, Nucleus Networks Inc.

DesRosiers has built managed service practices for several companies including Softlanding and CDot Networks




Leonard Dimiceli, General Manager/Channel Chief , Nuvotera (formerly Spam Soap)

Dimiceli brings nearly 18 years of technical sales and team management experience to the Nuvotera Channel Community. Prior to joining Nuvotera, he was Channel Manager at Sage Software. He is an industry speaker and coach on best practices, security, the modern day threat landscape, customer acquisition, community development and brand identity. He focuses on both the enterprise and SMB space.



Eric Dosal, CEO, BrightGauge

Dosal co-founded BrightGauge Software in 2010 with his brother, and sold their Compuquip Managed IT Services division to Konica Minolta’s All Covered Division in 2012. BrightGauge Software is a web-based business-analytics platform that enables managed IT services providers (MSPs) to generate customizable performance reports and dashboards based on their unique data sources. BrightGauge has become a leader in simplifying data visualization and analysis for its fast growing worldwide customer base. 

Don Douglas, CEO, Liquid Networx

Don has built an industry leading MSP practice and participated on a number of industry and vendor advisory councils to improve the ecosystem for all partners.  Outside of the MSP practice Don has mentored a number of MSPs, tech startups and supported a variety of incubator and accelerator programs such as Techstars.  Don serves as a Managing Director of a small but influential venture capital fund, which is focused on cloud technologies.



Tom Douglas, CEO, Jmark

Douglas has led Jmark to become a leader in the MSP space. The company is now in Microsoft’s top 1 percent partner ecosystem.


Larry Doyle, Technical Director, Netforce ltd

Doyle co-founded Netforce in 2000. In the past 12 months Netforce has increased revenue by 20 percent, doubled the workforce, are working with exciting new vendors in the security & management space and have signed MSP contracts with a number of significant new clients
