Video conferencing and collaboration provider Tely Labs has confirmed that Rob Claus is joining the company as vice president of sales for U.S. and Canada. The news first broke earlier this month.

Claus comes from Huawei, where he served as vice president of U.S. channel sales and marketing. Prior to that, he worked as vice president of distribution channel sales at Polycom.

Also joining Claus are two other executives: Daniel LeCour, vice president of sales and general manager for Asia Pacific and Latin America, and Amit Walia, vice president of sales and general manager for EMEA. LeCour has worked for Polycom Global Services, Envox Worldwide and Intel Corp., while Walia worked for Teliris and Polycom.

The fact that we have been able to attract executives from leading global companies to join our team speaks volumes about our rapid growth and large market opportunity,” Tely Labs founder and CEO Sreekanth Ravi said. “With an expanded team of accomplished sales executives who have built powerful global channels in the videoconferencing industry, Tely Labs is poised for even more significant growth in 2014.”
