Allison Bergamo covers hybrid and multicloud solutions, virtualization, enterprise mobility, cybersecurity, digital health, telecommunications and data center infrastructure. She is founder and chief marketing officer of Bergamo Marketing Group, a marketing agency that helps companies drive more revenue and results through the development of highly focused sales tools, strategic content and digital marketing campaigns. Previously Bergamo was senior content strategist for HOSTING where she played a key role in launching the HOSTING Healthcare Cloud™ and the HOSTING Unified Cloud™ for AWS and Azure. She also served as editorial director for the HOSTING Cloud Computing Blog and the HOSTING Cloud 360 Podcast Series.
Mark Sher, Intermedia’s vice president of product and marketing – unified communications, is a 25-year telecom veteran. He leads Intermedia’s product marketing and product management for all cloud voice services, including Intermedia’s all-in one business phone and communications solution, Intermedia UniteTM. Prior to Intermedia, Sher held the position of vice president of marketing and product management for AccessLine Communications, a leader and innovator in the hosted PBX and SIP trunking space and an early telecom SaaS pioneer. At AccessLine, he directed the initiatives to develop and bring to market both hosted PBX and SIP trunking. His entire career has focused on delivering telecom services to businesses of all size with a focus on ease of purchase, ease of use and ease of obtaining support services. He is a sought-after speaker on UCaaS solutions and maximizing partner profitability in the rapidly growing UC space. Sher holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Washington State University.
