The consolidation of traditional master agents and tech distributors will have a ripple effect throughout the channel. The cable companies aren’t exempt.

Of course, they’ve had their own major merger in the past year, with Charter buying Time Warner Cable. Now, the ScanSource-Intelisys tie-up will have an impact.
