Hello I am a new hire

Broadvoice is expanding its channel management team by hiring two new regional channel managers, previously with Charter Business and CloudInsyte, to cover the Midwest and Northeast regions.

Broadvoice’s Erald Lika and Cathy Banks

Cathy Banks covers North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. Prior to joining Broadvoice, she was a Charter Business channel sales manager, and before that was a district dealer manager at Windstream. She brings 19 years of experience in telecommunications and channel management.

Erald Lika handles New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Rhode Island. He was senior manager of strategic partner development at CloudInsyte, and before that was a channel sales manager at Fatpipe Networks. He brings 14 years of experience in telecommunications and three-and-a-half years in channel management.

“We’re pleased to welcome Cathy and Erald to the Broadvoice team, strengthening the people dedicated to supporting our growing team of channel partners,” said Sam Ghahremanpour, Broadvoice’s president. “Their support allows us to expand our footprint and build stronger relationships with our partners in the Midwest and Northeast regions.”

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in January.

The latest appointments follow the recent hiring of Brian Kelly as Southeast regional channel manager to further support the company’s national partner program.

Broadvoice offers a portfolio of IP-based voice and data offerings, backed by its IP telephony platform. This includes its flagship cloud PBX and UC services.
