Rave Mobile Safety, a provider of critical communication and collaboration technology, has launched its new Rave Partner Program.

The Rave Partner Program’s goal is to establish a network of industry and solutions experts. They’ll offer a comprehensive set of communications, safety and security solutions to their customers.

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

Channel partners can offer their products and professional services to complement Rave’s critical communication and collaboration solutions.

Rave’s new partner program provides dedicated sales support, marketing resources and product training.

Enhanced Partner, Client Experience

Michael Nobers is Rave‘s director of channel partnerships.

“It is a new program built to enhance our channel partners and their clients’ experience when vetting, purchasing and implementing our comprehensive set of communications, safety and security solutions,” he said. “The new partner program also opens the door for partners that traditionally are not in our safety and security market to easily present our solutions and services.”

The program was built for resellers, VARs, SIs and technology partners, Nobers said. It also features a marketplace partner option. That’s for partners who don’t specialize in public safety and critical communications, but their clients have a need.

“The past year has uncovered more then ever that clients needs can change rapidly,” he said. “The new partner program helps all types of partners to work with our teams in an easy, structured way to purchase, implement and service their critical safety and security communications.”

Rave recognized the importance of streamlining all facets of the partner and customer experience, Nobers said. That’s from discovery to purchase, to implementation and service.

“Rave partners benefit from our solutions for their clients,” Nobers said. “But they also can build their own supporting services around our solutions that help them better manage their clients needs as a trusted advisor. Partners work directly with Rave teams to understand implementation, solution set up and testing. For marketplace partners, the partner program allows them to deliver a client solution they normally don’t specialize in or provide as a core service.”

Expanded ALE Partnership

Rave has expanded its partnership with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) to provide a broader set of combined solutions across key verticals of mutual growth, including K-12, higher education and health care. The joint go-to-market offers a range of solutions that expand mass notification capabilities with IP communications and IoT technologies.

Mike Mullarkey is ALE‘s senior vice president of sales and marketing

“Now more than ever, we are seeing an increased need for these solutions and are thrilled to be expanding our partnership with Rave to meet these market challenges,” he said.
