HP is targeting the education sector with a type of laptop geared toward “blended learning.”
The vendor designed its Fortis laptops to accomodate students lugging them back and forth from school to home. In blended learning, the laptop functionally replaces the textbook as the main content portal. As a result, HP designed the laptops to be more durable and also connect to 4G.
HP also refreshed its commercial PC, workstation and monitor portfolios.
