A+ Conferencing (Booth 1205) has added Startvideo.com, which provides desktop video with VoIP audio to the mix of wares it offers through master agents and resellers.

Startvideo.com uses individual Web cams to broadcast up to 16 video images of conferees, that will be visible on participants monitors. It can expand to over 100 users per conference, but screen size limits the number of videos active at any one time.

The moderator can control which videos are present at any time throughout each meeting. The service also has a full complement of Web conferencing features.

The service runs over the Internet, and the VOIP audio is full duplex. The service is sold on a flat rate, unlimitedusage basis by the number of conferees needed for each account.

There are five-party, 10-party, 25-party, 50-party and 100-party accounts. The channel will be given a low set of buy rates and they can sell at whatever rates they like, which allows them to determine their own margins, according to the company.
