More than 500 MSPs and other customers braved the heat in Scottsdale, Arizona, for this week’s GlueX, IT Glue’s third annual user conference.

This year’s event featured an expanded program, increased attendance and a larger group of vendors.

“GlueX is all about bringing our community together to celebrate, engage and educate for two full days, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be back in Phoenix to do just that once again,” said Nadir Merchant, IT Glue’s newly appointed general manager. “Having watched our partner base grow from 0 to over 7,000 in five short years has been a phenomenal ride, and we look forward to continuing to improve MSP operations around the globe with more advanced features and functionality in the months and years ahead.”

During the conference, IT Glue announced the first of several new password-related features, one being Password Folders, providing improved organization of passwords for MSPs. The first phase of an integration with QuickPass also was announced, allowing MSPs to automatically update active directory passwords and record them in IT Glue.

In addition, IT Glue revealed a new Dark Mode interface, which was one of the most highly requested features by its partner base. Dark Mode will go live on Oct. 1.
