Ensim Exchange Manager Update Focuses on Service Providers

Enism CorporationEnsim Corp., a provider of automated on-boarding and user management services, announced an upgraded version of its Ensim Exchange Manager. The update, Ensim Exchange Manager 2013, was built on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 capabilities but has been improved to be faster, more fault-tolerant and provide greater transparency than the previous version, according to the company. The new features enable enterprise and server provider customers with support for the latest Exchange Server features. Here are the details.

Ensim designed the most recent Exchange Manager to provide enhanced automation, control and orchestration of administrative, operational and self-service activities for all sized enterprise, managed services provider (MSP), and service provider cloud environments. The solution works in conjunction with with Ensim Active Directory Manager to protect and secure the Active Directory environment. According to the company, service providers deploying Ensim Hosted Exchange will benefit from the flexibility and support offered by the Ensim web portal when granting management access to their customers and channel partners. The solution also allows user self-service in dedicated hosted deployments, and enterprises can automate bulk and single user provisioning and enable user self-service, while also monitoring license usage.

Ensim Exchange Manager, part of a library of service connections, assists in enabling the functionality of the Ensim Automation Suite platform, which offers order, rate, charge, provision, and manage applications, services, and infrastructure for users and organizations. Ensim Automation Suite is an integrated end-to-end solution that can be deployed on a modular basis, available in single and multi-tenant versions.

Ensim CEO David Wippich said the updated software focuses on service providers. “Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 offers a rich set of new technologies, features, and services. Ensim enables our service provider and enterprise customers to fully leverage these new capabilities and offer them to their users with complete automation and management control,” he said in a statement. “Ensim Exchange Manager can be deployed in muti-tenant or single tenant, multi-domain, multi-OU, and multi-forest scenarios, on-premise or in the cloud, dedicated to one enterprise or shared by tens of thousands.”

Ensim Exchange Manager can be purchased through Ensim and its resellers. The company has more than 5,000,000 seats deployed worldwide and is used by over 20,000 small, medium, and large sized organizations and government agencies. To learn more about the Ensim, visit the company's website.
