Martin Group Inc. (Booth 618), an OSS/BSS software provider, announced that David Carter has joined the company as a territory sales manager responsible for OSS/ BSS software sales in the southwest region of the United States. Carter brings more than 20 years experience in the communications industry with a strategic focus in the IOC marketplace. Entering the communications industry shortly after divestiture, Carter has valuable CABS knowledge. Carter has been and continues to be involved in state and national organizations supporting IOCs.

Before joining Martin Group, Carter held various positions at Communications Data Group Inc., Ritter Information Systems and Data Products International where he was responsible for sales, business development, marketing and account maintenance. Prior to his career in the communications industry, Carter spent nine seasons in the NFLs professional ranks, seven with the Houston Oilers and two with the New Orleans Saints. He currently resides in the Houston area.
