K2 Software, the provider of enterprise low-code application development, has extended its partner program with the launch of Solution Showcase, designed to help new and existing customers advance their automation processes.

Solution Showcase will evolve as partners and customers build new cloud-based and on-premises solutions on K2’s low-code development platform. Solution partners have the opportunity to submit applications, solutions, tools and extensions that leverage both partner-built capabilities and the K2 platform.

Eyal Inbar, K2’s vice president of global technology alliances, tells Channel Partners that Solution Showcase has “evolved the existing partner program to offer partners and customers access to a wider variety of prebuilt solutions, as well as marketing tools.”

“We wanted to create a hub where our customers and partners could market their successful automation processes developed leveraging K2’s low-code development platform,” he said. “Further, the Solution Showcase is a resource for current and prospect customers evaluating and deploying automation solutions. ”

Solution Showcase features a variety of industry and department applications that customers can access immediately including capex approvals, legal matter management, communications management, electronic signatures, robotic process automation (RPA) integration, document generation and more resources focused on driving outcome-based solutions.

“Solutions in the Solution Showcase are coming from different types of partners, [including] VARs, ISV and technology partners,” Inbar said. “It opens up an opportunity for new partners that never sold software before such as consultants and partners that traditionally focused only on deployment. Those partners can now take the IP they build for their customers and package it to a solution. We are also seeing partners that used to sell in one region, now offering their solutions in other geographies.”

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

Partners in the Showcase will be able to create new revenue streams by selling their K2-powered solutions, he said. For example, by being a part of the Showcase, Caprivi Solutions, a provider of capex management software, has been able to market an automated resource management solution to its customers. Further, partners also are looking to sell other partners’ solutions, which opens up more opportunities for them to scale their business, he said.

“Because the Showcase serves as a resource center with a variety of prebuilt tools and extensions, partners and customers will have quick-access to these offerings and as a result, be able to accelerate the development and deployment of automation initiatives,” Inbar said. “Readily available access to solutions reduces the investment and eliminates the barriers partners face when they are evaluating automaton partners and solutions for their customers.”

“K2 has developed a customer-centric, flexible process automation platform that enables us to create highly tailored solutions for customers, with a minimal amount of code,” said Fabio Casti, Caprivi’s CEO. “By being a part of K2’s Solution Showcase, Caprivi will be able to extend its market reach as well as help our customers jump-start their automation projects saving both time and money.”
