Trying to get more visibility into public cloud services is a trend that is unlikely to go away anytime soon. And IT consulting services provider Sogeti is one solutions provider that is aiming to provide customers with more visibility into their Microsoft (MSFT) Office 365 usage to get higher service levels.

Sogeti has partnered with Exoprise, a provider of cloud-based monitoring and enable products for SaaS applications. Through the agreement, Sogeti is including Exoprise’s CloudReady Monitor offering in its managed service offering that centers around Microsoft Office 365. The end goal is ensure customers have “the best availability, performance and user experience possible.”

“There is tremendous customer benefit when partners such as Sogeti and Exoprise team up to provide value-added solutions and services that complement Microsoft’s offerings and enhance the user experience,” said Rich Figer, senior director of partner sales for the U.S. Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG) at Microsoft, in a prepared statement. “By providing users with the same visibility and control they have with their on-premise deployments, these solutions increase customer confidence and empower them to take full advantage of all the capabilities of Office 365.”

Sogeti is a Microsoft alliance partner that has built its business on helping customers maximize their investments in Microsoft products. Currently, the company provides Office 365 deployment, migration and managed services with 24×7 coverage and support—all as part of its Remote Infrastructure Management offering.

The addition of Exoprise’s CloudReady Monitor to its offering will provide Sogeti with end-to-end visibility into the availability and performance of customers’ Office 365 applications. That includes real-time statistics, alerts and trend reports for the entire service delivery chain.

Sogeti also plans to leverage Exoprise’s crowd-enhanced data analytics functions, which pool real-time data from all users to provide baseline metrics for comparing performance, quickly pinpointing problems and speeding problem resolution.
