Pax8 Names New Partner Solutions Team Leader

Cloud distributor Pax8 is making organizational changes and announcing promotions, including a new leader for its partner solutions team.

As part of the new technology governance and policy department, Craig Donovan now will lead the partner solutions team as vice president of partner solutions. He will expand partner communications into the engineering cycle and provisioning, acting as the connection between MSPs and the company’s technologists.

Donovan previously was Pax8’s vice president of product development.

“The newly created positions are essential for Pax8 as we continue to grow and scale,” said John Street, Pax8’s CEO. “With the new organizational structure, we are creating an environment where employees can continue to support our current partner community, while expanding into international markets, bringing the ‘Wingman’ experience worldwide.”

John Walters, previously the company’s senior vice president of service delivery, has been named senior vice president of global services. In this newly created role, he will lead the strategic direction of the company’s expansion into international markets.

Also, Susan Mitnick has been promoted from vice president of Pax8 University to chief people officer (CPO), charged with working to optimize the company’s organizational structure to drive increased agility throughout the organization. She will continue to lead the growth of Pax8 University, the company’s institution of higher education and research for employees and partners.

Pax8 hired Brad Fugitt as chief information and security officer (CISO), charged with leading the company’s technology governance and policy. He previously was an IT consultant and interim CIO for the CIM Group where he managed and directed strategy planning and operations for IT infrastructure, applications and service desk teams.

Earlier this month, Pax8 added Ken Patterson as director of community, tasked with managing the company’s community outreach program and partner relationships.
