TPx, the managed services and connectivity provider, has unveiled a package of bundled managed services designed to give businesses one-stop shopping for applications that support business growth.
TPx Complete aims to support businesses which have 100 workers or fewer at individual locations, connecting work groups anywhere with their colleagues, customers and information.

David Zahn, TPx’s senior vice president of marketing, tells Channel Partners the bundle allows partners to offer their prospects and existing customers a single-vendor solution that includes advanced UC, SD-WAN, continuity and managed security services.
“In the past, partners would have to piece together a solution like this from multiple vendors, which requires a lot more time and energy from both the partner and the customer,” he said. “This bundle makes the vendor review and selection process a lot easier because customers can get all of these business essentials from one provider.; plus, with the aggressive pricing, customers who may have thought managed security was only for the Fortune 500, TPx makes this an affordable solution to businesses of all shapes and sizes.”
TPx Complete includes: UCx unified communications; MSx managed SD-WAN; MSx managed firewalls; managed 4G-LTE failover; MSx managed endpoints; and Virtual Fax cloud-based inbound and outbound faxing.
With this bundle, businesses just need to make one decision and it solves their UC, managed security, continuity and SD-WAN needs, Zahn said.
“No one is offering a bundle of this sort at these competitive rates,” he claimed. “The individual user bundle not only includes the typical unified-communications functionality that you may find from many UCaaS providers in the market, but each one also includes a phone and endpoint security.”
