Cisco Partner Summit — To recognize the performance of its top global and theater channel partners in 2009, Cisco Systems Inc. unveiled its Partner Summit award winners Thursday in San Francisco at its global partner event.

The 19 global honorees were selected from more than 60,000 Cisco channel partners worldwide for their outstanding performance in 2009. Fourteen were recognized for global excellence, and five for excellence in a specific geographic region.

The Cisco Partner Summit global and theater award winners are nominated by their Cisco theater sales teams. Nominations are reviewed by a group of Cisco worldwide and theater channel executives.

The Cisco Partner Summit global award winners are:

  • Collaboration Partner of the Year: ECCOM

  • Solution Innovation Partner of the Year: Servion Global Solutions

  • Enterprise Partner of the Year: Dimension Data

  • Green Partner of the Year: Atea Danmark

  • Services Partner of the Year: INX

  • Technology Excellence Partner of the Year: World Wide Technology

  • Technology Excellence Partner of the Year: ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corp. (CTC)

  • Technology Excellence Partner of the Year: PromonLogicalis

  • Service Provider Partner of the Year: Deutsche Telekom

  • Small Business Partner of the Year: Fujisoft Technology

  • Public Sector Partner of the Year: NCS

  • Commercial/Midmarket Partner of the Year: Presidio Networked Solutions, Coleman Technologies

  • Global Learning Partner of the Year: NIIT

  • Global Distribution Partner of the Year: D&H Distributing

The theater award winners were:

  • Japan Partner of the Year: Net One Systems Co.

  • Emerging Markets Partner of the Year: Magyar Telekom

  • Asia Pacific Partner of the Year Alphawest and Optus Business

  • U.S. and Canada Partner of the Year: CDW

  • European Markets Partner of the Year: TD Azlan
