Voda One, Avaya Financial Services Enhance Funding Program

Westcon Group Inc. said Wednesday its Voda One business practice has teamed with Avaya Financial Services to deliver additional funding capabilities to its customer reseller base.

Voda One resellers can use the enhanced Advanced Funding program to receive capital funding upfront upon delivery of the equipment to the end user customer. This helps the reseller manage cash flow and expenses, the company said.

Previously, a reseller would earn their proceeds upon final signoff of installation from their customer, Westcon Group said. Without this program, Westcon Group said, resellers would often be required to pay their distributor for the equipment while incurring expenses for the implementation of the project and prior to receipt of payment from their customer.

Westcon Group North America and AFS have been making financial options available to the Avaya Business Partner community for over seven years. Last year, Voda One and Avaya Financial Services introduced the Advanced Funding Program, which helped resellers procure Avaya products and services outside their credit facility limits.

The new program is available now.
