Tech Data Teams with Collab9 to Offer White-Label Cisco HCS

IT distributor Tech Data Corp. announced this week at its fall Channel Link event that it has signed a distribution agreement with collab9 to deliver Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) as a service-based offering through its TDCloud Business unit.

collab9 is a business unit of En Pointe Technologies, a national IT solutions provider. Its cloud-based communications solution is built on Cisco HCS, which enables subscription-based as-a-service” offerings around Cisco collaboration technologies, including unified communications, voice, TelePresence, video and Cisco WebEx. Solution providers can differentiate by building upon the Cisco HCS foundation with their own products and services. collab9, in this case, has added redundant data centers, existing legacy PBX integration and Internet support.

Resellers will have access to Tech Datas partner enablement team as well as Momentum, Tech Datas customized enablement and education program for Cisco resellers. The collab9 Cisco HCS service is immediately available to Tech Datas channel of solution providers through its Solutions Store.
