Nextiva has hired Trevis Schuh, previously Zscaler’s vice president of customer care and success, as its vice president of global operations.

In his new role, Schuh will lead Nextiva’s global customer service team and report directly to president and COO Marc Stoll. He brings more than 25 years of customer care and operational experience to his new position.
