Martin Group (Booth 524), which provides OSS/BSS solutions for telecom carriers, recently announced the promotions of employees Steve Angerhofer, Dave Fridley and Steve Scarbro, as well as the certification of Brandon Sigmund and Conrad Carson as Professional Engineers.

Angerhofer, who is responsible for CLEC, FTTH and video studies and designs, has been promoted to director, telecommunications consulting. Fridley, who is responsible for ILEC accounts for switching and transport, also has been promoted to director, telecommunications consulting. Scarbro now holds the position of vice president, TCE sales eastern region.

Sigmund received his P.E. license from the South Dakota Board of Technical Professions. Carson received his P.E. license from the Wisconsin Examining Board of Professional Engineers. By obtaining P.E. licenses, Sigmund and Carson may now function as the responsible engineer in-charge of projects, submit engineering plans and drawings to a public authority, and certify engineering work for clients.
