Lingo, MicroCorp, Fresh Off Acquisitions, Form Partnership
Lingo Communications and MicroCorp, two companies that have recently engaged in M&A, formed a partnership.
Lingo, the IP-based voice and data provider, now distributes its offerings through MicroCorp, in addition to several other master agents. MicroCorp’s agents can sell Lingo’s portfolio, which includes SD-WAN and wireless managed services, and leverage the vendor’s back-office team.
Both companies hail from Georgia.
“We are excited about Lingo’s amazing growth this past year and are very thrilled to partner with MicroCorp as a provider in their portfolio,” said Chris Ramsey, vice president of sales and marketing for Lingo Communications. “They bring a large ecosystem of business solutions and experts and we look forward to mutual growth.”
Lingo has significantly grown its channel in recent years. It signed Americomm, the Tennessee-based national master agent, last spring. Lingo announced on Monday that partners increased their new sales revenue by 335% in 2020. The company also upped its number of agent partners by more than 300%.
