Hostopia Plans to Go Public

Wholesale Web-hosting provider Hostopia.com Inc. has filed documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering valued at $40 million.
Canada-based Hostopia noted in its preliminary filings on June 30 that RBC Capital Markets will underwrite the IPO. The company also has registered a preliminary prospectus with securities regulatory authorities in each of Canadas provinces and territories.
