DCI, GlobalPhone to Develop IP Services

DCI Voice Solutions, a wholesale VoIP and TDM services provider, and GlobalPhone Corp., a facilities-based carrier, today announced they are partnering to develop IP services.

The carrier and service provider market is where we play our best game, says Neil Rosenblit, DCIs executive vice president of corporate sales. DCI is very attractive to wholesalers and service providers due to the multiple advantages provided by our TDM and VoIP network. As we dove further into the wholesale marketplace, we realized that it was our niche, but we still received an abundance of retail inquiries, which prompted us to find an outlet that could better serve accounts of this size.

GlobalPhone has spent 11 years in international telecommunications and now is focusing more on the retail and agent markets. Our partnership with DCI allows us to offer quality domestic termination to our international clients at an affordable price, says Guy Jazynka, COO and co-founder of GlobalPhone. By sending our domestic minutes to DCI, we are able to free up our TDM T1s for increased and higher-quality international traffic.
