Catalyst Telecom Debuts FastQuote

Value-added distributor Catalyst Telecom has launched a new web tool, FastQuote, to help its resellers create quotes for Avaya IP Office platforms.

Now more than ever, resellers need to find ways to make the sale quicker,” said John Gaillard, vice president of sales for Catalyst Telcom. “With FastQuote, resellers are able to expedite the quoting process, enabling them to spend more time on closing the sale and less time on pulling pricing this capability for quick-quote turnaround has not been available before for IP Office.”

The tool is accessible from mobile devices, not just laptops or PCs. Plus, quotes go to customers with the reseller’s logo and contact information. Partners also can run reports based on criteria including closure rates, quotes in progress and opportunity/lead status. Finally, FastQuote works with Catalyst Telecoms Configuration Tool, which means a reseller can modify the hardware and other details of a customer’s platform to ensure the entire product is configured accurately before the order is placed.
