AccessLine Brings SmartVoice to Boston, Expands Partnership

Hosted VoIP provider AccessLine Communications on Tuesday launched its SmartVoice Service in the Boston area.

AccessLines SmartVoice Service targets SMBs by combining local, long-distance and toll-free phone service; it does not require users to buy additional phone equipment.

The company also expanded its partnership with OneCall, signing OneCall as an authorized SmartVoice dealer. OneCall mainly serves the real estate and financial services verticals.

“These industries have learned the importance of a phone service that is not only cost-effective, but has advanced features allowing users to have their important calls find them anywhere, said Garrie C. O’Neill, OneCalls founder and president. AccessLine’s SmartVoice Service delivers on both counts, and is a natural extension of the advanced telecommunications we offer the [SMB] marketplace.”

SmartVoice traffic travels over a separate, dedicated broadband circuit.
