Managed service providers (MSPs) now can white-label Zetta.net‘s cloud backup and disaster recovery (BDR) solution.

The white-label option for Zetta.net’s cloud BDR enables MSPs to include their own logo or tagline while they deliver BDR services to customers.

“Many MSPs have requested a white label option to sell our cloud backup solution as their own service to build their brand and recognition,” a Zetta.net spokesperson told MSPmentor. “We’re addressing those needs to continue to help them drive more business to their bottom line.”

Art Ledbetter, Zetta.net’s channel director, added that his company’s white label option could help MSPs differentiate their services in a crowded marketplace: “By offering a white label option, our partners can build their brand with an appliance-free cloud backup solution that is WAN-optimized for speed, providing them a competitive advantage.”

Zetta.net posted 431 percent partner network growth last year, surpassing the 310 percent growth the company’s partner network experienced in 2013. The cloud BDR solutions provider and its MSP partners could reap the rewards of the rising demand for DR solutions as well.

A recent Zetta.net study revealed nearly 97 percent of IT professionals said they currently are using some form of DR. Also, 31 percent of respondents noted that they plan to leverage a new DR method in the future, and more than half of these respondents intend to use cloud-based DR solutions.

Zetta.net updates its ConnectWise integration

Zetta.net said it has enhanced its ConnectWise integration, and a Zetta.net spokesperson noted that the updated integration “continues to simplify and make the backup billing and ticketing process more efficient and effective for MSPs that are using ConnectWise.”

This integration now offers MSPs:

  • Configuration validation capabilities

  • Granular alerting options

  • The ability to set up different billing models and multiple pricing plans

Zetta.net partnered with ConnectWise in September, and Ledbetter told MSPmentor that his company plans to integrate its BDR solution with additional professional services automation (PSA) software, too.

“Zetta.net plans to continue broadening our portfolio of integrations and look at other PSA solutions to continue our efforts in helping MSPs drive efficiencies to the administrative side of their business,” Ledbetter said.
