Windstream Enterprise has launched a new portfolio of IT managed services. Powered by ATSG, the services aim to give enterprise customers the ability to control their digital infrastructure, virtual workspace and cybersecurity needs.

Windstream Enterprise says these new remove barriers that slow business growth and impact a customer’s bottom line.

By transferring responsibilities to the company’s team of technology experts, Windstream says these services help a business free up time and resources so it can focus on better results and customer experiences. The technology solutions included in the lineup give businesses and their IT teams the hands-on support they need to optimize and protect their network, data and assets across hybrid and remote work environments.

Windstream Enterprise: End-to-End Solutions and Services

Windstream’s Michael Fiacco

Mike Fiacco, chief revenue officer, Windstream Enterprise, says Windstream Enterprise IT Managed Services provide a technology and security partner offering an end-to-end package of solutions and services.

“Organizations across a myriad of industries are struggling to implement transformational technologies with the specialization required to thrive in a cloud-centric business landscape,” Fiacco said. “Windstream Enterprise solves this challenge with a variable-cost approach (versus a fixed-cost approach) that incorporates all the right technology, implementation expertise and service.”

In partnership with ATSG, the services help partners rapidly and securely implement or upgrade their customers’ infrastructure and platforms. In addition, they offer digital infrastructure managed services that empower enterprises to provide holistic computing environments and facilitate flexible working practices. Finally, cybersecurity managed services aim to help enterprises assess their security environment and remove risks.

ATSG’s Warren Greenberg

Warren Greenberg, chief client officer, ATSG, said the modern workplace must be digital-first.

“With Windstream Enterprise’s technology and expertise, we can further help businesses complete their digital transformation,” Greenberg said. “Together we can help enterprises’ IT teams move past the frustrations of daily workplace management and security hassles and into a more strategic role, where they focus on how they can better serve their customers and grow their businesses.”
