Continuum is now offering its managed service provider (MSP) partners an additional professional services automation (PSA) solution to streamline their ticketing and workflows.

The Boston-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) software provider has announced an integration with Vorex that provides its MSP partners with a cloud-based PSA solution.

”Completing an integration with Continuum is a rigorous process and we made sure it would bring value to our MSP partners,” Dee Zepf, Continuum’s vice president of Products and Technical Services, said in a prepared statement. “This integration brings a new PSA option to our partners, and was the perfect addition to our growing list of integrations that will provide them with greater variety and customization for their business needs.”

Continuum said the new integration streamlines processes and supports business scenarios such as creating a ticket in Continuum while initiating correct workflows in Vorex.

In addition, the integration enables users to create a ticket in Vorex and assign it to Continuum’s help desk team.

”This exciting integration gives Vorex users access to a sophisticated RMM tool that will be seamlessly integrated into the Vorex platform,” Vorex CEO Mike Salem said. “We are constantly looking for ways to better serve our clients and help them grow their businesses, and this partnership lets us do that.”

Continuum continues to explore new ways to support its MSP partners as well.

For example, Continuum this week unveiled Intel vPro technology functionality for its RMM platform at its Navigate 2015 conference.

The RMM platform provider said its MSP partners now have access to a management solution that provides “remote power management capabilities as well as keyboard, video and mouse (KVM) control, allowing them to perform PC asset maintenance and repairs remotely, regardless of the PC’s power state or operating system (OS).”
