Exclusive Networks‘ leadership team now includes Brian Vincik as vice president of North America. He joined Exclusive five months ago and has been serving as vice president of advanced networking.

Exclusive Networks’ Brian Vincik

Vincik brings over 40 years of channel leadership experience to the role. That includes principal architect of Securematics’ long-term growth.

In his Exclusive Networks leadership role, Vincik assumes responsibility for all operations in the United States and Canada. He’s tasked with delivering vendor acquisition and partner enablement strategies. North America is one of the most important regions in Exclusive’s global organization.

Vincik said channel partners in North America are at a crossroads. They’re facing “radical” IT consumption models and new expectations for customer experience. That’s making it difficult to know which path to take and how to get equipped for business transformation.

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in June.

“This is especially true not just in cybersecurity, but more broadly across the entire scope of trusted digital infrastructures,” he said. “Here at Exclusive, there’s specialism and scale to take on this challenge, and support partners and vendors to succeed. It might be news to some that this is the role we’ve already carved out on a worldwide basis. Exclusive has a great culture and is easy to do business with, invested in its relationships and incredibly outcome oriented. Frankly, we’re different, and we represent the value and the values that the channel wants. The team is growing and these are exciting times.”

Leading Rapid Growth

Vincik served as general manager of Securematics and led the company’s rapid growth. Before that, he headed pre-sales consulting at Hewlett-Packard, which has since split into HP Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE). He helped Hewlett-Packard’s services business.

Vincik joined Exclusive earlier this year to lead the unit responsible for recruiting incremental vendor partners in the region, and onboard new and lasting VAR relationships.

Andy Travers is Exclusive‘s executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. He said North America is “at the heart” of his company’s global growth aspirations.

“Brian has impeccable credentials and a wealth of experience, but more importantly is totally in tune with our business philosophy,” he said. “We’re delighted to appoint him to head an already successful and dedicated team that we plan to scale up with more top talent and resources to support channel execution for partners across the region and beyond.”
