Jenne, the cloud services broker and value-added distributor, is adding Broadvoice and its b-hive UCaaS platform to the company’s partner portfolio.

Broadvoice provides hosted voice, unified communications (UC) and SIP trunking services, primarily targeting small and medium-size businesses.

Broadvoice b-hive combines cloud PBX, UC and collaboration features with a virtual call center in one platform. This delivers enterprise-class features at affordable rates, the company said. It is connected to Broadvoice’s secure network and hosting infrastructure, enabling SMBs to connect with customers anytime, anywhere and with any device.

In response to hybrid workers’ growing demands, Broadvoice recently introduced its next-generation b-hive Communicator app. It gives workers a single app for calling, video, text, collaboration, voicemail and fax.

Sales Incentives

In addition to a comprehensive UC portfolio, the Broadvoice Partner Program aims to offer partners an intuitive quoting tool and responsive sales support. It also offers generous residual commissions and sales incentives, the company said.
