Arctic Wolf has enhanced its partner program and introduced two new partnership tiers — authorized partners and wolf pack partners.

The enhanced Arctic Wolf partner program focuses on investing in top-performing channel partners. It also outlines a clear path for partners of all sizes to grow with and expand their strategic relationship with the company.

Arctic Wolf provides security monitoring for small and midsize organizations to detect and respond to cyber threats.

“We’re several years into our 100% channel go-to-market model, and have experienced explosive growth in that time, doubling our services revenue year-over-year and supporting more than 600 partners in our channel program,” he said. “This approach has been highly successful. And we wanted to enhance it with a tiered model to reward our most strategic partners who invest in Arctic Wolf and help us end cyber risk. At the same time, we want to provide all partners with a clear pathway to grow with Arctic Wolf.”

New Tiers

Authorized partners have access to the Arctic Wolf partner portal, opportunity support, deal registration, internal purchase discounts and eligibility for incentives. Moreover, they get on-demand training courses, campaign kits, co-branded collateral, and a suite of enablement and demand resources.

Wolf pack partners have access to a suite of additional benefits. These include a named channel account management team, access to executive leadership and quarterly business reviews. In addition, they get invitations to exclusive training summits, priority access to marketing support, concierge demand programs and more.

“We believe both tiers will help partners facilitate better planning and engagement with us, and in turn, drive revenue with their customers,” Briggs said. “They create pathways to grow not only services revenue, but a strategic and ongoing relationship with Arctic Wolf.”

Partners Part of Arctic Wolf’s Mission

Partner input played a key role in the development of the program enhancements, Briggs said.

“We’re on a mission to end cyber risk,” he said. “And our partners are critical in helping us fulfill that vision. Arctic Wolf partners can take advantage of exceptional sales and training, marketing and enablement tools, and sales and technical support that allows them to offer valued expertise and a leading security operations platform to end users. We’re committed to providing our partners with robust benefits and incentives — ensuring we are easy to do business with and paving the way for greater mutual success. Our partner program has always been optimized to set partners up for success and offers them a competitive advantage.”

The past year has accelerated Arctic Wolf’s channel momentum and growth with key accomplishments. Those include a record number of participants at key events, number of transactions and registered deals, and more.

Bob Skelley is Arctic Wolf‘s senior vice president of global channels.

“This program evolution will accelerate growth for partners who demonstrate success and commitment with Arctic Wolf,” he said. “We’re excited to offer this enhanced, world-class program to facilitate better planning and engagement with our channel ecosystem.”
