We are officially in the 15th year of the MSP 501 awards program. Unsurprisingly, the managed services market looks far different than when the MSP 501 debuted. So, the 501 naturally had to shift and change along with it.

Back in 2019, we knew it was time to re-evaluate our methodology and align it with market trends. With the 2020 application, we implemented new judging criteria and a new methodology. This was designed to judge applicants based on market trends and business best practices.
