The U.S. IT industry added more than 21,000 jobs in the fourth quarter of 2012, keeping the rate of unemployment in the sector at 3.3 percent, according to a recently released jobs report by the tech job board Dice. The industry’s unemployment rate is still lower than the overall unemployment rate of 7.8 percent.
