Each year at NaviSite, we have the distinct pleasure of recognizing our partners through our annual “Partners of the Year Awards.” It is so important to our team that we take the time to acknowledge our partners–the people we have worked to build a relationship with for the betterment of our customers–as they are a critical part of maintaining the “NaviSite difference” our customers have come to expect.
The criteria for the “Partner of the Year” selection is based on a number of key factors, including the quality of the services the partner puts forth in the market and their ability to drive market adoption of NaviSite cloud services through those offerings. While my colleague, Sumeet Sabharwal, recently thanked all of our partners for their continued support, I wanted to take some time to spotlight our Value Added Reseller (VAR) Partner of the Year, AnswerThink.
Recognized for its tremendous performance and partnership over the preceding year, AnswerThink has remained a long-standing reseller partner and NaviSite customer for more than eight years. AnswerThink, the No. 1 SMB reseller of SAP for North America, needs little introduction and provides hosted SAP and Application Management alternatives for customers that do not want to/do not have the capabilities to host their own infrastructure.
Backed by NaviSite’s cloud-enabled infrastructure and colocation offerings, AnswerThink’s commitment to customers redefines the art for alliance management and business collaboration. Currently, NaviSite and AnswerThink have two SAP Certifications together, including:
Application Management Services (AMS): Which spans skills training, IT service management and SAP E2E standards for solution operations, such as change management, service level management and capacity management;
Hosting Capabilities: Includes hosting of system administration, cloud-specific monitoring, SAP tool usage/integration, security management and maintenance strategy. Also, Answerthink is certified by SAP for HANA Services: A comprehensive certification portfolio that consists of hosting services, application management services, development services, consulting services, SAP HANA operations and infrastructure/licensing. NaviSite supports this certification with colocation and a v-Hana offering this summer.
