Channel Partners' Kevin Morris Off to Start Channel Partner Business

A valued member of the Channel Partners sales team is going to become — a channel partner.

Kevin Morris, business development director for the Informa Tech channel brands, is leaving to start his own business. Known among his customers for his passion for the channel, Morris is excited to pursue his dream and further build on the relationships he has forged in his five years at Informa.

His colleagues know him best for his contagious enthusiasm — particularly when times are tough.

“Kevin’s energy is unparalleled; his magnanimous spirit kept me going and empowered us all to be successful,” said director of sales Thomas Baker. “He will be missed a great deal, but it makes me extremely excited that he is pursuing his dreams. That’s something we should all do more of. I wish him all the success on his road to glory and will look forward to seeing him and helping him connect with other professionals in the channel as he embarks on his new partner venture.”

Morris has been instrumental in helping to build Channel Partners events – the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, Channel Partners Evolution and Channel Evolution Europe – into what they are today. His efforts have led to hundreds of new exhibitors setting up shop for partners to engage with at our events.

He also is well known for co-hosting the popular Channel Partners podcast, Coffee with Craig & Kevin, for the past four-and-a-half years. Listen to his finale.
