At CES 2010, TotalTel, a Covista Communications Company, announced its flagship product, My Office in a Box, a unified communications solution designed specifically for the small office and home office with a mix of landline, wireless and VoIP functionality.

My Office in a Box – Wireless SIP DECT Solution is an instant wireless office that greets callers, takes messages, screens and routes calls seamlessly; helping small businesses look bigger, be more productive and decrease telecom expenses. Key features include support for both VoIP and traditional PSTN lines, SIP DECT technology, automated attendant, voice mail, voice mail to e-mail, music on hold, find-me/follow-me services with call screening, unified communications, advanced call routing, management via Web interface and more. The system comes preconfigured and ready to use out of the box and is priced at $299.

My Office in a Box – All-in-One IP PBX in a Phone Appliance is a standalone, SIP-based telephone with built-in PBX functionality, designed to meet the growing needs of consumers and small office/home office businesses. The desk phone is a complete IP PBX with the robust features of a high-end PBX telephone system at a fraction of the cost and the buyer can set up the phone in minutes without enlisting expensive technicians. Key features include a standalone IP PBX phone with multiple line functionality, built-in auto attendant with integrated voice mail, unified messaging and advanced call routing, multilanguage support, and management via the phone or Web. The product is priced at $199.
