MSPmentor 501 honoree TeamLogic IT has unveiled a mobility toolkit designed to help its franchisees reach new customers and expand their services.

TeamLogic IT President Chuck Lennon said the toolkit addresses both the marketing and operational aspects behind mobility services, ensuring franchisees can “capitalize on the explosive growth in mobile devices.”

“It’s really mobility solutions in a box,” he said in a prepared statement. “There are a lot of moving parts to mobility services, and this is a single source that really helps franchisees get their arms around it.”

He also pointed out that the toolkit enables franchisees to “sell managed IT services at a price point that lets them make some money, and then deliver those services in a reliable way so that the client is extremely pleased and open to discussing even more ways to collaborate with that franchise.”

The mobility toolkit represents one of several offerings TeamLogic IT plans to provide its franchisees.

TeamLogic IT said it currently is developing both cloud services and security toolkits that will be designed “to be as comprehensive as possible.”

What is TeamLogic IT?

TeamLogic IT serves as an outsourced managed IT services franchise and acts as an advisor to “help businesses become more efficient and secure through technology.”

Franchisees can leverage maintenance, monitoring, data backup, security and disaster backup solutions, TeamLogic IT said, and provide annual contracts for these offerings to small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers.

In addition, TeamLogic IT noted that a franchise owner benefits from a predictable, recurring revenue stream as well as potential revenue from as-needed IT solutions (offered on an hourly basis) and software and hardware sales.

In May, Lennon said his company’s franchise network continues to grow as well.

He pointed out that this network grew 20 percent in 2014, and TeamLogic’s franchisees “have realized consistent year-over-year growth of 40 percent for the last few years.”
