MSPs on Twitter: 3 Top Tweeting MSPs to Follow

We’ve seen how social media has revealed key trends in our industry and how managed services providers (MSPs) can take advantage of monitoring social media channels for buzzwords. We’ve also disclosed social media marketing tips for the new year and focused in on understanding available platforms. But we haven’t reported on MSPs that are worth following on Twitter — until now.

There are various MSPs in the industry using hashtags the correct way, replying to followers, and committing to their accounts, so we feel the need to acknowledge them.

The following MSPmentor 100 companies are examples of MSPs that do a great job with Twitter. These MSPs provide clients with useful information and they interact with clients, too:

  • Atrion — Take a look at the company’s Twitter feed and, you’ll notice how often Atrion recognizes its followers: often. The company keeps its feed active by sharing company announcements, acknowledging holidays, and congratulating other companies for achieving goals. Atrion designs, deploys and manages results-driven information technology solutions.

  • Bluelock — The company tweets on Sundays — that’s dedication. The feed is also constantly filled with company information, and reply tweets to customers. Bluelock provides cloud hosting solutions.

  • Nexus IS — Nexus IS knows how and who to retweet. The MSP’s feed is filled with lively and animated tweets. Nexus IS delivers technology solutions to help businesses through collaboration, data center, borderless networks, business video, and managed services.

Our sixth-annual MSPmentor 100 report is almost finalized. Complete results will be revealed during a Webcast on February 14, but if you can’t wait for the results, here’s a small preview of some of the key trends we’re seeing.
