BitTitan and Sonian together are allowing managed service providers (MSPs) to offer customers a service for migrating email to Microsoft Office 365.

The companies this week unveiled Sonian Cloud Archive by BitTitan, a cloud-based service that supports all major email platforms and file types. 

Sonian Cloud Archive by BitTitan provides “efficient, cost-effective, secure and compliant email migration and email archiving for companies of any size,” according to BitTitan.

The service offers users email archiving that can be set up in 20 minutes with no hardware or software to buy, install or maintain, BitTitan said, and ensures archived email and data in the cloud remain accessible and searchable on all devices.

In addition, BitTitan noted that customers and partners can customize a migration to fit their exact needs and move only the mailboxes and data that are needed at any given time.

“This is extremely unique in the industry,” a BitTitan spokesperson told MSPmentor. “This is a logical partnership because it is two leading cloud service providers coming together to provide a full email lifecycle for the channel, from migration to email archiving.”

So what does Sonian Cloud Archive by BitTitan mean for MSPs and their customers? 

A BitTitan spokesperson said the service requires no set up fees, enabling MSPs to offer “a smooth transition directly from the email source.”

Sonian CEO Tim McKinnon added that Sonian Cloud Archive by BitTitan will enable more businesses to take advantage of the cloud and leverage “a fast, easy and secure means to migrate existing email archives” simultaneously.

Sonian Cloud Archive by BitTitan will be available next month.

Customers who purchase Sonian Email Archiving services through BitTitan will receive a free BitTitan MigrationWiz data migration solution license for each Sonian Email Archiving user license. Also, Sonian will now offer MigrationWiz licenses to customers purchasing Sonian Ingest file archiving services.
