Members of Ingram Micro’s SMB Alliance got together in Salem, Massachusetts, on Wednesday for their quarterly regional event.

Participants assembled to share best practices for improving their businesses.

At the event, Channel Futures’ Lynn Haber caught up with Sherif Mohamed, CEO of Alliance member DigitalShopper. In a wide-ranging interview, he shared a little about his business, the benefits of being an SMB Alliance member, and how SMBs can get started in one of his company’s specialty, data analytics.
