BCN, the technology solutions provider, is getting master-agent relationship expertise by hiring Ryan Kelly.

Kelly, a longtime channel and sales leader for NetWolves, will serve as vice president of partner development for BCN. He offers strong connections to some of the largest masters agents in the channel, notably Intelisys, Avant, Telarus, Microcorp, TBI and PlanetOne.

Kelly will report to Julian Jacquez, BCN’s president and chief operating officer.

“The decision to expand the BCN executive team to include and encompass a laser focus on BCN’s partner relationships is an important element in BCN’s growth strategy,” Jacquez said. “We couldn’t be happier that Ryan, with his depth and breadth of experience, made the decision to join our team to lead this effort. He will be fully empowered to drive greater opportunity for BCN within the master-agent and sales-partner community, helping to enable our continued growth and success.”

Kelly worked for NetWolves since 2002 and led its channel program for 10 years.

He oversaw the launch of the company’s “Elite” master agent program, whose charter members were PlanetOne, Intelisys, TBI and MicroCorp. TBI enjoyed a particularly deep relationship with NetWolves and won the managed service provider’s award for top master agent several years in a row.

Steven Gerhardt, CEO of D&M Enterprise, which is an Intelisys platinum partner, praised Kelly’s character.

“When people ask me about Ryan Kelly, I describe his honesty and the fact that I can put my trust in him. Ryan understands the channel and will always go the extra mile to help partners win,” Gerhardt said.

BCN last week announced a partnership with Wave Business that will increase its broadband offering. BCN prides itself on offering numerous connectivity options – sometimes including SD-WAN – to multilocation customers.
