Avaya has chosen Jenne, the value-added technology distributor, as a master agent for its Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral offering.

At last month’s Avaya Engage 2020, Avaya said it’s accelerating its partnerships with master agents and agents as it prepares to launch its Cloud Office sales effort in the United States on March 31.

Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral is the unified communications (UC) offering based on the strategic partnership between the two companies announced last October. Avaya Cloud Office combines RingCentral’s UCaaS platform with Avaya phones, services and migration capabilities for businesses of all sizes.

Business partners, resellers and agents that sign with Jenne to provide this offer will have access to all of Jenne’s service and support.

“Jenne is excited to offer Avaya Cloud Office, which will allow our agents to offer their end customers the ability to quickly transition to the communication mode that’s right for them,” said Patrick Howard, Jenne’s vice president of vendor management and marketing. “One click is all it takes to start a call, join a meeting, contribute to a team chat or share content. Plus, Jenne offers our agents unparalleled value-added service and support to help them get started.”

We recently compiled a list of 20 top UCaaS providers offering products and services via channel partners.

Jenne was Avaya’s first master agent when Avaya launched its agent program in 2018. Since then, it has become the leading master agent for Avaya’s UCaaS business. Avaya named Jenne its 2019 Cloud Partner of the Year at Engage.

“Adding Avaya Cloud Office to our portfolio provides Avaya customers and partners with access to a full suite of cloud solutions, and we are pleased to have Jenne working alongside us as a master agent to bring this new UCaaS offer to market,” said Frank Ciccone, Avaya’s senior vice president and general manager of North America sales and service delivery. “Avaya Cloud Office enables users to benefit from Avaya enterprise-grade technology and capabilities with the ease and speed of the leading cloud UC platform to meet their unique requirements and budget.”
