Alteva Names Interim CEO, Searches for Permanent Leader

Alteva Inc. has a new interim CEO as it searches for someone to fill the position on a permanent basis.

The UCaaS provider said this week that board member Brian Kelley is running the company for now. Kelley joined the Alteva board last November. He also serves as CEO of Four Winds Advisors LLC, which advises technology clients on restructuring, turnaround and business development.

Kelley also has worked as CEO of snom Technology Inc., among roles at other tech companies.

As interim CEO, he’s working with Alteva’s management team and other board members. He’ll stay on the board but isn’t serving on the audit or compensation committees anymore.

Alteva’s leadership news comes as the company this week also said it has partnered with master agency WTG. WTG partners now may sell Alteva’s hosted UC that integrates with Microsoft Office, Google Apps and other CRM platforms.
