The company said the acquisition will extend its office technology solutions to include a range of IT offerings. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Here are the details of the deal at hand.

President and CEO Brad Coates (pictured) said the acquisition of Infitech is a result today's changing market mentality, leading businesses to expand its horizons by searching for the latest innovations in the field.

“Infitech delivers best-in-class managed IT without significant investment, infrastructure and cost,” he said in a prepared statement. “This is a natural extension to our office technology portfolio and will deliver value to our customers and the market.”

Infitech was founded in 1999 by Jeffrey Loeb and Dan Winterhalter to provide onsite and remote computer and network services, back-up and disaster recovery appliances and services, software and web application development as well as network security and firewall systems.

“We are excited to join the ProSource team,” said Infitech President Jeffrey Loeb in a statement. “By combining the portfolios of products and services of both ProSource and Infitech, we are in a unique position to provide and manage all the technology needs of our clients. Our solutions will provide a single source for our clients to ensure efficiency, reliability and security of their technology infrastructure.”
