NTT America on Thursday announced a new agreement with Intelisys, giving the master agent’s partners access to NTT’s entire suite of services.

NTT says the agreement not only gives Intelisys partners more services to sell, but also a significant opportunity to expand internationally. NTT America’s Global Solutions Channel Partner Program debuted a year-and-a-half ago at Cloud Partners in New Orleans.

“What attracted us to Intelisys was [its] market presence, brand and industry depth, as well as the training, growth and retention of [its] sales-partner community,” said Rob Westervelt, NTT America’s vice president and general manager, Indirect Global Solutions. “Initial results have been promising (the deal was struck in Sept. 2015), and while it’s still early days, we expect Intelisys to be among our top-selling partners.”

The Japan-based company, with U.S. headquarters in New York, says the deal gives Intelisys partners the chance to sell a fully integrated set of cloud, network and data-center services through a single provider. Those services include disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), network security, network functions virtualization (NFV) and more. {ad}

“The NTT Com solutions available to us through our partnership with NTT America are key to our expansion in the international, cloud solution and data-center arenas,” said J.R. Cook, senior vice president, Business Development, Intelisys. “We are excited to see the strong collaboration between NTT America’s channel team and our sales-partner community, and we are already seeing a great funnel of opportunities building.”

NTT America designed its channel program for partners who want to expand their enterprise, global and cloud capabilities. The company works with master agents, distributors, MSPs, system integrators and VARs and consultants.
